PrimeCARE Marketing Coordinator Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator is expected to work as an integral part of the PrimeCARE team, helping to provide administrative aid focused on building and promoting PrimeCARE’s services in conjunction with its vision. The following are the responsibilities, requirements, and expectations of a PrimeCARE Marketing Coordinator:

Responsibilities

Job-Specific Duties

  • Maintain correspondence with the general public in regard to public relations
    • Take photographs, videos, create posters, handouts, printable content, billboards, etc
    • Communicate with PrimeCARE leadership amongst clinics to align goals, schedule events
    • Organize and set up PrimeCARE marketing events throughout the community
    • Management of marketing associated vendors
    • Oversee digital media platforms including PrimeCARE’s website and social media accounts
    • Create comprehensive marking campaigns directed towards promoting PrimeCARE’s services
    • Maintain a positive relationship with PrimeCARE partner clinics
    • Manage patient satisfaction survey processes and respond to requests in a timely manner
    • Garner feedback and ideas to better the patient experience at PrimeCARE
    • Work with clinic staff to create patient educational materials
    • Abide by strict HIPAA regulations when in the clinic
    • Manage marketing budget appropriately (if applicable)

Other duties as needed or required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing related role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English according to proper grammar rules
  • Patience, sound judgment, and discretion in dealing with confidential information
  • Organization and multitasking skills
  • Experience with computer data entry

Working hours/schedule requirements

  • Clinic Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM Monday - Friday
    • PT: Work up to a maximum of 30 hours per week.
    • Occasional travel may be required

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of EHR systems
  • Experience in a clinic/hospital setting or similar position
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, regulations, and medical office procedures
  • Knowledge/Experience in photography and videography
  • Knowledge/Experience in design platforms/software (Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc)

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

While performing the responsibilities of the job, these work environment characteristics are representative of the environment the job holder will encounter:

  • Low traffic work area, moderate level of patient and employee interaction
    • Employees are strongly encouraged to attend non-mandatory company events for marketing and team-building
    • Travel may occasionally be required to attend meetings or to cover for teammates at other locations (generally, at other PrimeCARE clinic locations)
    • Attendance will be required at staff meetings on a monthly basis outside of regular working hours (generally, early morning)
    • Employees will rarely be asked to lift anything above 25lbs
    • Vision abilities required to perform this job include close vision and peripheral vision
    • Majority of time may be spent sitting at a computer, using hands and fingers to perform job tasks; some reaching is required; many job functions require repetitive motion
    • Employees will be required to process, remember, and comply with changes in processes and protocols with or without warning
    • Employee will be required to speak to and listen to others
    • Very occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts (i.e., toner cartridge replacement, etc.)
    • Limited risk of occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials
    • Quiet to moderate noise levels from electronic/machine, telephone, and vocal noise
    • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable people with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job

This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Employees in this position will report to the department Manager. Supervision is minimal to moderate and employees are expected to help each other comply with policies and procedures.
